At Forno Bistro, our cooking schools get you in the kitchen and in the action. Stand with 11 others at Forno’s kitchen line and learn to make classic dishes from scratch, tossing homemade pizza dough into the air or rolling out pasta dough for your own ravioli. Learn dishes you can recreate to bring a little bit of Tuscany into your home.

Cooking classes especially the bambinos are also offered, so sign them up now!

Each class will focus on the full preparation of a traditional Italian dish. Classes are held on Saturday mornings, beginning in October. We offer 2 kids’ classes per month, and 2 adult classes per month. Our Cooking Schools sell out fast!
