Our chefs are passionate about food. Any guest who has watched them work can confirm this fact. Our open kitchens allow anyone who’s dining in the restaurant to watch the hustle of hundreds of dishes being prepared each week. The kitchens were designed to showcase the culinary crew’s professionalism, passion and dedication to their work. Anyone who has had the pleasure of talking with one of our chefs learns how cooking and food are an integral part of their lives. Interaction with guests is something that our chefs take just as seriously as their cooking. We love to hear about other people’s trials and successes in the kitchen.Â
As our new websites began to develop, we had the idea to create an e-mail account dedicated specifically to questions about recipes, cooking methods and food products. redline@dzrestaurants.com was born from this idea of culinary interaction between guest and chef.  Guests can e-mail the chef with questions about a recipe, an ingredient or a cooking technique and receive a personal answer within 3 days. There is no better outlet for your cooking questions than the master chefs at DZ Restaurants.Â
